It's official: we've appointed Pan Grill-it as a new distributor of AUSfonte pans in the USA!

We are exhibiting with Scott Lewis from Pan Grill-it at his booth inside the Gourmet Business booth at Chicago International Housewares show, March 7-10. If you're at the show, swing by and say "G'day" to Scott and Mark at booth S2086.

For our followers who've signed up for our 'Cast Iron Insiders' newsletters ( http://www.solidteknics.com/contact/ ), you'll soon receive a very interesting newsletter about our new Kickstarter campaign launching March 5. In this, or 3rd Kickstarter campaign, we're fundraising to manufacture in Australia two amazing new cast iron innovations under the AUSfonte brand.

What could they be? We can't say much before we send that Insider newsletter, but these castings will match our current AUSFonte pans and increase their verstatility by 2 times+! Another clue: partnering with our new US distributor gave us inspiration for the new products.....you could say!

We very much look forward to exhibiting AUSfonte cast iron pans in Chicago, and we look forward to a long and fruitfull association with Scott and Pan Grill-it. We've already had a successful start in the USA through our first distributor, Chef's Arsenal, and now with the addition of Scott and all the attention AUSfonte has been receiving from the US press, chefs and experts, we're quietly confident about the future of our Australian-made cookware in the traditional home of cast iron skillets!

Best Regards and Happy Cooking,

Mark, Rebecca, Natasha and the SOLIDTEKNICS team
