Super Simple Crunchy Couscous in Cast Iron

A very simple but oh so yummy recipe taken from Yotum Ottelenghi's book Jerusalem.

Prepare couscous with onion, tomatoes and good quality stock.  Your AUSfonte cast iron pan is the perfect vehicle to create a crispy crunchy crust on the bottom.
