Works better than expected.

I got this to replace a teflon coated saucepan that I have probably ingested a good deal of the coating. Normally I might shortcut something like the seasoning process, but for this I did it exactly as suggested. The non stick ability of the pan is fantastic, I have even cooked multiple omelettes in a row without any of them sticking, it takes just a wipe down with a paper towel in between with a bit of butter and it works fine.

Best buy this decade

I bought this pan and the 30cm skillet recently. After seasoning them both they've become my go - to pans for pretty much all cooking. They're pretty non-stick after a couple of seasonings. They're exceptional quality, pretty sure they'll see me out to the end of my days.
