Satin Sauteuse pan

Took the time to season the pan before use as I've had experience with carbon steel. First cook was fried rice...ginger, onion, bacon, egg, veg, chili and soy. Good at high temperature, very little sticking and what residue left lifted easily. I can see this is is going to be a favourite pan.

Fabulous

For sometime I have been looking at the Solidteknics pans. Although a little pricey, so worth every cent. After seasoning my pan, I have had the best cooking results ever and that's using a cheap glass electric cooktop. Doesn't matter what I cook in my pan it turns out brilliant and the washing up is a breeze, just add water and wipe. Handle never gets hot and nothing sticks, the more I use my pan the better it gets. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an all Australian made quality pan that delivers excellent cooking results. Love it!!

Wish I'd brought one years ago

I have been waiting for my current frypans to die before purchasing a new one. I looked around a lot and kept coming back to SolidTeknics, but was put off as I thought it would be a lot of work to season and keep in good condition. I was so wrong! It took me no time at all to season easily in the oven and I am so impressed with the quality and natural non-stick properties, its a breeze to clean. Wish I had brought one sooner rather than wasting money on cheap frypans. I will be replacing any of my cookware with Solidteknics from now. Lastly I love that this is a quality Australian product.

Ahh, tasty food has come back

Wow, the taste of really good food has come back again. Fantastically light, easy to use, gets really hot, food tastes amazing and is fun to use. Sure, there is a bit of TLC required, but that's fun and rewarding too.

Fantastic product

The pan is just fantastic, can be used on the BBQ, the stove and even in the oven. W love it, I bought 2 - one for my son, one for myself and we both love it. And it is comforting to know that it was made in Australia, and not China, like most things nowadays
