Our stainless steel is ferritic, meaning it's magnetic and therefore compatible with induction cooktops, without any need for clad/ply layers. nöni™ cookware is low maintenance and perfect for all boiling, slow cooking, and acidic cooking, while still being conductive enough to sear a steak. Cooks like iron, cleans like stainless!
Made in Australia from clean 3mm thick conductive stainless steel, our nöni™ pans provide excellent heat retention and thermal mass for consistent, even cooking.
Every pan is engraved with the month and year of manufacture for true heirloom collectability, and comes with a multi-century warranty. Tip: The Australia map cut-out in the handle is great for hanging the pan when not in use!
