Our small team on the Sunshine Coast is currently undertaking the massive feat of carefully packing each order by hand to ensure your knives arrive safely.
As mentioned in our previous update, the Modüla™ Sharpener Heads are already complete and will ship alongside your knives according to your order.
The Trilobite tooling is still in progress, but once complete, production will move quickly. We’ll share another update as soon as it’s ready.

For those of you who backed our Modüla™ Knife Sharpening System, we've now started shipping the first batch of our Sharpening Heads and glad to hear they're now being unboxed in kitchens around the country!
As you begin putting the them to use, we’ve had a few questions come through - so we’ve put together a helpful Care Guide & FAQ on our website to help you get the most from your new sharpeners.
Here you’ll find tips on:
• How to attach your sharpener head - whether that’s to your Trilobite handle, bamboo knife case, chopping board, or kitchen counter.
• Understanding the three diamond-coated sharpening grits: 400 (coarse), 1000 (medium), and 2000 (fine) and what each stage is designed for.
• The Sharpening Sequence, guiding you through the correct order to use each grit.
• The right pressure and motion (firm, controlled, and never forceful), with some helpful video demos from our team.

As mentioned in our previous update the 26cm grill pans recently finalised production. We are now only waiting on the AUS-ION™ 24cm Grill pans and AUS-ION™ 30cm Bigga Grill Pan to be completed, which shouldn't be long.
As always, a reminder: we don’t split ship. Your full order will be sent together once all items are ready.

LL51 Stainless Steel Dough Cutter (John Dough) - ETA September (Update posted 19th of September)
The John Dough (cutter, scraper, scooper) has finished production and will be shipped from our Sydney factory in the coming days.
We know how excited you’ve been about this one, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll be cooking, baking, cutting, and scraping with this all-in-one kitchen sidekick!
And as for the name? So many of you told us how much you loved our “missing person” John Dough so we’re sticking with him (for now!)
