We always love a pic and will share them when we can. Our contracting manufacturer in Sydney was around at his toolmakers late last week and took a photo of the knife handle tool being sparked for the final 0.3mm per side deeper with the engraving (see below).
This is a slow process, but he said he should have the tool back towards the end of this week for another quick trial…once the final off tool sample is approved, the production of the knife handle commences.
In addition, he also saw the insert cavity holder for the trilobite being roughed out on the milling machine though he was unable to take a photo as the chips were flying so to speak.
We're getting closer.
As mentioned in our previous update, we're thrilled to say that all Modüla™ Sharpeners have now officially all been manufactured!
All the final adjustments are complete! Check out the latest images of your brand new sharpener heads in all three grit levels! They're currently on the water and on track to land within 3-4 weeks.
The Trilobite
The specialist toolmaker in Sydney still has around 3–4 weeks of work left to finish the trilobite tool. These tools are made by a highly skilled, rare-trade toolmaker, and while they are worth the wait, progress has been much much slower than we’d anticipated which unfortunately has held up the entire project.
Our Sydney contracting factory is chasing their toolmaker daily for completion.
Once complete, production itself is quick, but realistically, we’re still looking at 8–10 weeks before trilobites are ready to ship.

LL48 - noni Lightning Frypans, Woks and TSS - ETA late late July/early August 2025 (Update Posted 22nd of August)
We’re pleased to share that production of the 35cm Wok + 24cm Frypan Now Complete.
If your reward includes the 21cm Frypan, 24cm Frypan, 26cm Frypan, 28cm Wok, 35cm Wok or a TSS - your order will either be on its way or may have already arrived. A friendly reminder: we don’t split ship. If your pledge includes any items still in production, we’ll hold your full reward until everything is ready to go.
We do expect the 2.5L Saucepan + Lid to finish production any day now.

As mentioned in our previous update the 26cm grill pans recently finalised production. We are now only waiting on the AUS-ION™ 24cm Grill pans and AUS-ION™ 30cm Bigga Grill Pan to be completed, which shouldn't be long.
As always, a reminder: we don’t split ship. Your full order will be sent together once all items are ready.
