Made from the same 2mm-thick, non-nickel, conductive stainless steel material as our previous nöni™ Lightning pans! Significantly lighter, and no frills – these are some of our lowest-priced nöni™ pieces ever. Suitable for all sources (including induction and campfire), these new pans are perfect for frying, sautéing, baking, roasting, and grilling, to cover all your everyday cooking needs.
Our 2mm-thick nöni™ Lightning material is highly ideal for woks, as it allows the pan to reach higher temperatures even faster – great for stir-frying!
At 30% lighter than our standard 3mm material, these pieces are perfect for an easy cooking experience, while still maintaining their multi-century durability. Ideal for cooks of all ages and abilities, and also great for any camping or on-the-road adventures where the load needs to be light!
Our 2mm material heats at lightning speed! When we say they heat fast, we really do mean it. These pans will heat up even faster than our (already highly conductive) flagship 3mm nöni™ range, so it's important that you start on a very low heat, and gradually increase it until you find the sweet spot for your particular stovetop's temperature settings.
Being 2mm thick also means these pans have even better energy efficiency, requiring less energy for the same great nöni™ performance. Lower heat + faster heating = savings in energy!
