Made from the same non-nickel, conductive stainless steel material we're famous for, but only 2mm thick! Significantly lighter, and no frills – these are our lowest-priced nöni™ pieces ever. Suitable for all sources (including induction and campfire), these new pans are perfect for frying, sautéing, baking, roasting and grilling to cover all of your everyday cooking needs.
Launching first to you, our Lovers, with prices starting from just $94! And if that wasn't sweet enough, these are estimated to ship before Christmas! But you'll have to be quick, we have limited numbers available for our first production run.
A lighter version of our much-loved nöni™ Baking Tray has been highly requested, and we are excited to finally be bringing it to life, and into your kitchens! Made from our new 2mm nöni™ material, it's lighter in weight, with the same great performance, low maintenance and multi-century durability that our nöni™ is renowned for.

Our nöni™ Lightning range is just 2mm-thick, meaning it's 30% lighter than our standard 3mm material, while still maintaining its multi-century durability! The lighter weight also our new nöni™ Lightning pieces easier for younger and older cooks to use, and also great for camping and on-the-road adventures!
The thinner material also means it heats at lightning speed! When we say they heat fast, we really do mean it. These pans will heat up even faster than our (already highly conductive) flagship nöni™ range, so it's important that you start on a very low heat, and gradually increase it until you find the sweet spot for your particular stovetop's temperature settings.
Not only does this thinner material mean faster heating, but it also means better energy efficiency, requiring less energy for the same great nöni™ performance. Lower heat, faster heating = savings in energy!
As with our flagship nöni™, our new nöni™ Lightning range is made in Australia – designed locally by Mark J Henry on the Sunshine Coast, and manufactured in our Sydney factory! This ensures the highest quality of manufacturing possible, while also supporting local jobs and communities. A true win-win for our customers and our team, and the future of Australian-made cookware!
As Australia doesn't make any stainless steel, our 2mm noni material is specially made for us in Taiwan. Our 3mm material is sourced from Germany or Finland. We weren't able to source this thinner material from our usual supplier so we had to look further afield. This is the same premium quality material made to our strict standards and rigorously tested to ensure the same world-leading performance and durability!
Our new nöni™ Lightning range is truly suitable for ALL heat sources, and can go seamlessly from the stovetop (including induction), into the oven, and out over the BBQ or fire! Whether you're cheffing up in the kitchen, or relaxing around a campfire while cooking on the coals - our new nöni™ Lightning pans have you covered.
Please note: Our new nöni™ Lightning Baking Tray is not suitable for stovetop use. We recommend use for oven, bbq, pizza oven and fire only.

However, we wanted to give you, our Lovers, first dibs on our initial production run which is expected to be ready for shipping in December! This first production run will only have a very limited number of each pan, so if you want to be one the very first people in the world to own these very special pieces (or want to stock up on Christmas gifts), get in quick and pre-order now!

We make it our business to bring innovation to the world, and it's you that has access to it first. We are thrilled we can be so close to our early adopters. We do our best to set realistic timelines, however, with innovation often comes unpredictable challenges. We suggest that you only back our new launches if you are willing to go on our innovative journey with us - which may encounter speed bumps from time to time. Otherwise, you are best to wait for the pieces to reach our online 'buy now' store as by that stage, we have ironed out the manufacturing method.
