Our nöni™ 2.5L Saucepan was the first-ever flagship nöni™ pan we produced back in 2017, and it has since become a family favourite in kitchens across Australia and the world. Now available in our new Lightning material, this version is over 30% lighter for faster heating and easier manoeuvrability around the kitchen. The perfect everyday lightweight saucepans!
We know many of you have been eagerly waiting for us to bring back our 1.5L Saucepan, so we're so excited to be re-launching it as part of our nöni™ Lightning range – and we think you'll love it even more! Our 1.5L and 2.5L Lightning Saucepans are your perfect everyday workhorse saucepans for all of those small to medium liquid, saucey, boiling and stewing tasks. Poached eggs, rice, pasta, passata, curries, sauces, custard, porridge...the list goes on!
These new nöni™ Lightning Saucepans are available both individually (a Lovers exclusive option!) and as 2-piece sets with a matching nöni™ Lightning Skillet Lid. Each piece is multi-functional, and can be used for a range of cooking purposes or combined to create the ultimate lightweight base and lid combo! Made from our 2mm Lighting nöni™ material, they heat up incredibly fast and are all significantly lighter in comparison to our flagship 3mm nöni™ saucepans.
Perfect for all of those smaller jobs, including porridge, a single serve of soup, a couple of poached eggs, reheating leftovers, rice for one or two, and hot chocolate. The matching high-performance 19cm skillet lid is a handy little frypan for frying an egg, toasting seeds or nuts, or a quick grilled sandwich!
Our most popular saucepan size, this is the perfect everyday pot! With high tapered Windsor walls, this saucepan is perfect if you're cooking for 3-4 people, covering all your boiling, poaching, and sweet and savoury liquid cooking needs. The matching 23cm Skillet Lid is your new go-to shallow skillet for things like crêpes, grilling or frying meat and vegetables, pavlovas, and much more!
Our nöni™ Lightning Saucepans are only 2mm-thick, making them 30% lighter than our standard 3mm material, while still maintaining their multi-century durability and superior heating ability. This makes them great for cooks of all ages and abilities, and the perfect lightweight caravan or camping cooking companions.
Our new 2mm-thick material also means these new Lightning saucepans will heat at lightning speed! When we say they heat fast, we really do mean fast. They will heat up even faster than our already highly conductive flagship nöni™ range, so be sure to pre-heat on your lowest stovetop setting before gradually increasing the heat if needed.
Faster heating also means better energy efficiency, as they require less heat for the same great nöni™ performance. Lower heat required + faster heating time = savings in energy!

If you're looking for a low-maintenance saucepan option, our nöni™ Lightning Saucepans are for you! Being stainless steel means they don't require any seasoning or maintenance to protect the metal and achieve a naturally non-stick surface. If you're frying off veggies or meat, simply do the water drop test as your pan is preheating to achieve a non-stick surface!

We do our best to set realistic timelines, however, with innovation often comes unpredictable challenges.
