We're putting a Solidteknics spin on pizza trays, combining the classic flat, round design of a generic pizza tray, with the superior conductivity and heat retention of our wrought iron, and the durablility and low-maintenance beauty of our stainless steel! Our new AUS-ION™ and nöni™ Pizza Pans are great workhorse additions to every kitchen, whether professional, home, or outdoors.

Our new Pizza Pans are as Australian-made as it gets – locally-sourced Aussie iron (for the AUS-ION™ options), designed locally by Mark J Henry on the Sunshine Coast, and locally manufactured in our Sydney factory! This allows us to ensure the highest quality of manufacturing possible, while also supporting local jobs and communities. A true win-win for everyone!

We know there's a lot of love for both our Aussie iron and our non-nickel stainless steel cookware, so for our new Pizza Pans, we're giving you the choice of both! If you're wanting a more traditional-style iron pizza tray, that has incredible heat retention and will give you the most perfect crust, AUS-ION™ will give you all of this, and so much more! If you want all of the forementioned perks, plus the low-maintenance of a dishwasher-friendly, no-seasoning-required pizza pan, then nöni™ might be the option for you.

We're giving you the choice between a solid base and a perferated base, so you can pick which option best suits your pizza-making needs! Our solid base Pizza Pan options provide even contact across the entirity of your pizza, trapping in moisture and resulting in a more doughy, chewier crust – best for thicker pizza bases. Our Flaming Pizza Pans have a perforated design (similar to our Flaming Skillets), which allows more hot airflow to the base of your pizza, releasing more moisture and ultimately achieving a crispier crust – best for thinner pizza bases.

Our new Pizza Pans have two specially-designed handles that are more lifted than most other pizza trays, with a heart and Australia map cut-out on either side. This allows you to easily grab it from your oven, BBQ or campfire (with oven mitts!) and carry it straight to the table.
If you're cooking in your pizza oven, we've also engineered a solid Pizza Pan Rod that slots into place in the Pizza Pans handles, and allows you to easily lift it from the heat and carry it straight to your table! Made from one solid piece of 6mm stainless steel, you can keep your hands away from the heat, even with the deepest pizza ovens.

The notches in the end of the rod engage with the edges of the heart and Australia map cut-outs in the handles of the Pizza Pans. When you then lift the pan, the weight keeps the rod engaged and in place, so you can securely carry your fresh pizza from the heat to the table.
Our two AUS-ION™ options come seasoned for you with non-GMO rice bran oil, so you can get straight to cooking as soon as your Pizza Pans arrives! Seasoned iron is also the only known natural non-stick, allowing you to achieve great non-stick pizza-making results without the need for toxic synthetic coatings. Better for your health and our planet!
If you choose to go with one of our nöni™ Pizza Pans, there's no seasoning required!
Like our flagship AUS-ION™ range, our new AUS-ION™ Pizza Pans are made with our clean, high-quality wrought Australian iron. Half the weight of cast iron, with superior performance and durability! As for our nöni™ Pizza Pans, we source our highly conductive, non-nickel stainless steel directly from Germany, where it is specially-made for us, to our exact specifications.

We always say our cookware can handle the heat of your pizza ovens, and now we have a product designed just for that! That's right, our new Pizza Pans can handle even the most intense heat of a pizza oven! Our wrought iron and non-nickel stainless steel also have superior conductivity compared to other materials, meaning you'll get even heat dispersion and retention for that perfectly-cooked pizza base.
Our Pizza Pans are also excellent for more than just pizzas, so you can get creative with them (e.g. cooking flatbreads, or as a BBQ plate).
Important note for heat diffuser/simmer mat use: Please note, these flat pans have no inbuilt concave, so are recommended for oven/BBQ/pizza oven/campfire use only. However, they can be used on stovetop at your own risk. It may result in slight warping when heated on a small element. Please take care to heat slowly, on a low setting.
