We don’t mass-produce. While our pans may look simple, the manufacturing process is complex, and our Sydney team can take up to 10 weeks to complete production.

In-stock items: please allow 2–4 business days for packing before dispatch.
During peak periods (sales, public holidays, major launches), packing and dispatch may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please note: we don’t split-ship. If your order contains multiple items, everything ships together once all items are ready (including any pre-order/backorder items).
We ship across Australia using Australia Post for most deliveries (rather than a courier) to help keep costs down.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and distance from Sydney. As a guide:
Regular: typically 2–7 business days (metro), longer for regional/remote
Express: typically 1–3 business days (metro), longer for regional/remote

We ship worldwide from our online store, with a few exceptions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and parcel size/weight.
International transit times vary significantly by destination and customs processing. As a guide, orders typically arrive within 6–20 business days after dispatch, but delays can occur.
All import taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries (including the USA, EU and UK) may have higher duties/taxes.
Many of our pieces are offered on pre-order/backorder while our factory team makes the next batch.
Estimated dispatch dates (or delivery windows) are shown on the product page at the time of purchase, and may also be reflected in your order confirmation.
We don’t split-ship. If your order includes any pre-order/backorder items, we will dispatch your full order together once everything is ready.
If you need in-stock items urgently, please place a separate order so those items can ship sooner.
We do our best to manufacture and ship within the estimated window, but delays can happen from time to time. If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll contact you with an update.
If your order is urgent, please do not add backordered, preorder or out-of-stock items to your cart with in-stock items, as we don’t split orders.
If your order includes a pan marked as backorder, our factory team is flat-out making more pans to complete your order as quickly as possible. Unlike mass-produced, synthetic-coated cookware, ours is built to last generations, and that can take a little longer. Thank you for your patience, the wait will be worth it.
You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been packed or dispatched.
If Australia Post marks a parcel as delivered, it is considered delivered to the address provided. If you can’t locate it, please check around your property/building and with neighbours first, then contact your local post office.
Sadly, once a package is entrusted to Australia Post (or an international delivery partner), we no longer have direct control over transit times or handling. However, our commitment to customer care persists.
If your parcel is delayed: check tracking first. If it appears stuck or unusually delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
If your parcel is missing/lost in transit: contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If your parcel arrives damaged: contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist quickly.
If your order is not collected within the required timeframe, it may be returned to us by Australia Post.
Once received back to our warehouse, we can:
Resend the order (additional shipping costs typically apply), or
Issue a refund minus the original shipping and processing fees.
Log in to your Solidteknics account and head to My Orders. You’ll see:
Backorder = still in production
Pick = in queue for packing

Please note the following before finalising your purchase:
Solidteknics will handle returns and process refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges may be considered for items received in as-new, unused condition.
For international orders, any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer (as the importer). Every region is different, so we can’t advise on specific import regulations or taxes.
Our multi-century warranty covers defects related to materials or manufacturing that occur during normal cooking. It does not apply in cases of improper use, seasoning difficulties, lack of maintenance, or other misuse/abuse.
