Both versions of our nöni™ range are made of non-nickel, stainless steel and are low maintenance. Our nöni™ Lightning pans are crafted from 2 mm-thick, non-nickel stainless steel, making them 30% lighter and even more conductive than our original 3mm flagship range. We've streamlined the design and eliminated non-essential features to offer a lighter, more accessible option without compromising quality.
