All of our pans are designed to fit in a standard 600mm domestic oven, though we recommend checking measurements prior to purchase as internal dimensions of ovens do vary.

Please also note: All of our pans have a carefully engineered concave deliberately built in to the base. This is normal practice for all heavy based iron and steel pans, to allow for movement (expansion) when the metal is heated. To learn more about our concave and why it’s important, click HERE.

We have had our AusIon Bigga for four years. It is used almost everyday. We use is for a variety of dishes eg fry ups, paella, curries, schnitzels and steaks. It gets a workout in the oven as well. It performs exceptionally at every task we put it to.

Love the size of this pan. Use it most often for cooking bulk food on the stovetop, but also quite often use it as a roasting dish. Love that it can do multiple things so I have less cookware to store. Also love the double handles on a pan this big.

Perfect family breakfast pan

I love my bigga, it is so versatile, I use it mostly in the oven as my baking dish, but also love cooking on hot coals so this is my go to dish on my firepit. I can cook up large batches of bacon in one go. And after the bacon's cooked in goes the sausages. By this time the hot coals have cooled down, making my eggs slide around with ease.

Love this for roast vegetables

We own four different sizes of Soldteknic pans - two with a long handle, two with smaller handles on each side like this one, which we love for roast vegetables. The Aus-ion pans are so forgiving for this casual cook, we're always impressed with the results.

Life changing

Dear Santa,

The only thing better than the Bigga pan is a second one! I use it on the gas cook top, in the brick pizza oven, on the wok burner. Big family - no problem, easy on cleaning and a stunner for presentations. Therefore... dear Santa, can I please have a second one!

This lives on the stovetop, used too often to put

My favourite pan EVER. This handles fry ups, one pot/pan dishes, steaks for the family, toasts parathas, fits in the oven (just) and so easy to keep in good condition.

Simply Excellent

Like the title says, it is simply put, an excellent bit of kit. After I bought it I didn't use another pan for years, until we moved and sadly having a tiny stove cant get it out as much. So my wife bought an Aus-ion 26cm pan to suit our new situation. The big one does still get a run in the oven fairly often but before, I used it for everything pretty much every day. Now we've got those two, a little Noni pan and a pot. Love them all. I don't buy other cookware anymore. Next we're looking at getting a wok.

Highly recommend the Bigga!
