Please note: All of our pans have a carefully engineered concave built in to the base. This is to allow for movement (expansion) when the metal is heated, and is common for quality heavy-based iron and steel pans. Learn more about our concave, and why it’s important.

Just starting out with iron cookware? Make sure to use lots of fats and oils while your pan is new and your seasoning is fresh, for now, steer clear of acidic foods and liquid cooks as it can erode young seasoning, and always dry your pans completely after cooking. It'll help build up that perfect seasoning!
