Great news! Your remaining nöni Baking Trays are now shipping! If you've been waiting for these few, final trays, they'll be arriving at your doorstep very soon. (Keep an eye out for your tracking notification).
This marks the completion of our Baking Trays. We can't thank you enough for your continued support—it has meant the world to us. We truly appreciated your patience and understanding as we navigated the final refinements to ensure the aesthetic appeal of your heirloom trays, and we can't wait for you to start enjoying them.

This is a quick update to inform you that production is moving steadily along behind the scenes. As we mentioned in our previous update, Mark was delighted with the result of our third round of sharpener head samples. (See below for a sneak peak).
It’s essential that each element of your knife and sharpener system is carefully refined and meets the highest standards.
We appreciate production updates are important and we will always share as much as we can, though occasionally there's not a great deal to update when we're in the early phases and/or still waiting on off tool samples.

We’re continuing to collaborate closely with our skilled blade makers. While we’re still waiting on the off-tool blade samples, rest assured that once they arrive, our Sydney team will be ready to jump into final quality checks and move toward production.
We know delays can be frustrating, and we can’t thank you enough for your patience and support. Every step we take now is about delivering the kind of craftsmanship, performance, and longevity you invested in—and we’re proud to stand behind it.
